Pumping enlarges them—or maybe the overall sack—for a day or two. Fluid? But I lose the low hang.

There are four tests they can do for testosterone. Most places only give "total." Some don’t want to give you a number; they ask your age, then tell you if it’s "within normal limits."

Next time you see your doctor, tell him you want a testosterone panel run. At 47, he probably won’t question it. For some reason, few doctors will run a testosterone panel even if you’re showing low libido, weight gain, erectile dysfunction, growing tits, or other symptoms; you have to ask.

I posted some images in the CalcSD thread, and I’m duplicating those here as a progress update.

I measured around 5.5" as a teen, and later in my mid-30s, when I tried pumping for a while. It never occurred to me to measure girth, but I still have the pump tube, so judging by what I remember of the fit, I’m guessing 5.25" girth, plus or minus 1/8 inch.

After the infection of 2018 and starting DIY rehab in July of 2020, my erect length was in the range of 2", and very painful due to the scars and open sores that wouldn’t heal. I worked steadily on that, mostly with pumping and Red Light Therapy, and using a Size Doctor bell as a hanger, once I got enough healed skin to make it practical. The thrilling story of all that is in my "rehab" thread linked below. [TL;DR: don’t be a fucktard like me, just go to the damned doctor before it starts to rot off]

A year later, in July of 2021, I had regained my original size and a bit more, around 5.75 x 5.5. I still had some scarring, but everything was functional, and I declared the rehab process to be complete. I opened this thread, and continued PE, since I had the habit and all the equipment.

I’m retired and Mrs. Andy knows about PE and approves, so I’ve been able to put in more time and effort than most men have the opportunity for. It appears I am also an "easy gainer." I have posted occasional measurements in this thread, and on my stats page, which I need to update.

Early this year I hit 8 x 6.3" before I had to take a decon due to some vacuum blisters. That sucked, since I was on one of those growth spurts. It was non-cemented, and my first measurement after decon was 7.25 x, I think it was 6. Well, that’s what "non-cemented" means.

As of last week, I’m at 7-7/8 by 6.2". Still non-cemented, of course. I figure 7.25 x 6 is close to my "true" size without continuous PE.

That’s a great size! How do you cement the gains?

And is there any way ‘round the dreaded vacuum blisters? I tried a vacuum ADS last year - I liked the pull/stretch it was giving, but kept getting blisters so stopped in the end 🥴.

At this point, I’d call that a big dick. Very noticeable difference in numbers.

I’m guessing Mrs. Andy has been able to adjust accordingly?

BPEL - 6.5"

Erect Girth; Base - 5.75", Mid-Shaft - 5.5", Behind Glans - 5.25"

I’m actually a bit vague on that part; I haven’t been planning on stopping any time soon.

Using water in the bell seems to be the hot setup now, but I find that awkward. I spend five to fifteen minutes pulling air out of the bell, until I can see that my glans fully fills the space. If there are any air pockets, they will migrate toward the tip, and I’ll get a blister (or two!) there. Once everything is packed I add more weight.

So far, since I’ve been doing this, I haven’t had any blisters. [crosses fingers]

Flip side, it takes a while to pack the bell, which means I have to start all over if I have to take it off to pee. That hasn’t really been a problem since I’ve been limiting sessions to 60 minutes. At 90 minutes I get a donut, just like from too long in a tube. A shorter bell might fix that, but I’d probably have to cut one down to make it about the same length as my glans, and I haven’t scraped up any ‘round tuits yet.

My original goal was to restore the 5.5x5.25 that I started with. After that, I thought 7x6 would be a good long-distance target. I couldn’t complain about 7.25" as a true permanent size. I hope I can eventually cement a larger measurement, but uncemented gains are like gambling gains; it doesn’t matter how much you were holding, only what you have after you stop.

Unfortunately Mrs. Andy lost all interest in intercourse after menopause, though she approves of my PE efforts.

Great work Andy! It’s great to see the numbers side by side like that

In further news, my hair, beard, and moustache turned finished turning gray six or seven years ago. The process took several years. My hair was also thinning a bit, and much faster after I went on TRT.

A month or so ago I noticed my hair was turning brown again. It’s about 75% brown now. The moustache is about 50/50. The beard is still gray. Hair loss has mostly stopped.

I have no idea what’s going on. Given my most recent testosterone numbers, I’m surprised I even have any hair.

I saw the rheumatologist today. It took almost eight months, since he’s apparently the only one who will take my shitty insurance. On the other hand, he seemed attentive and competent.

I got there 20 minutes early. They took me right on back and did X-rays, then parked me in a rather nice room with a table and chairs, not the usual examining room. I got another couple of chapters of the Cold War espionage book I brought along before the doctor arrived.

He said the X-rays showed bone spurs in my neck, both shoulders, lower back, hips, knees, hands, and feet, and was astonished when I told him I wasn’t in any particular pain. He asked why I was there; I told him the urologist didn’t like my blood labs in November 2023, and set me up with nephrology and rheumatology consults. Of course nobody had bothered for forward the labs to him, so I told him the creatinine and C-reactive protein levels were out of normal range, but I was on a low-carb diet, and when my GP had been upset by those numbers a couple of years ago I had gone back to a Standard American Diet for two weeks, and things were in range then. It turned out the rheumatology doc was familiar with low-carb and keto diets and their effects on blood work, but he also mentioned that the kind of bone spurs in my X-rays generally caused irritation in the joints that could also effect those numbers.

He suggested that since I was asymptomatic and not in pain, that he just do a set of blood labs and wave me along. I thought that sounded fine. The phlebotomist got seven vials of blood.

This doc sounds like he might be a keeper.

Hopefully the bone spurs don’t make themselves more noticeable.

I’ve had them for a long time; they showed up on X-rays in 2016. Between the anti-inflammatory effects of low carb/keto, all the stretching exercises, and weights, they’re mostly not a problem.

I have the bone spur in my right shoulder about 3/4 reduced now. I didn’t realize they would return if you stopped working on them. The ones in my back are the ones the doctors were most concerned with, but not really a problem. I get some twinges after doing dead lifts, but probably no worse then most people get.
