Any opinions about it? Seems like they just did a 6 month study, but a lot of guys here have had gained more. Plus they don’t seem to take into account off days.

Isn’t this information that has been said on PE forums for the last 2-3 decades?

There are at least 5 or 6 legitimate studies on traction devices, all showing gains. Nowhere near the level of gains that many here see, but I think most members here put a lot more hours and effort in.


Starting Stats - 5.5 BPEL x 5.6 EG

Current Stats - 6.1 BPEL x 7.1 EG

Goal - 7 x 6 (with hopefully a large flaccid hang)

I’m at 1.5 inches from extender gains at almost 2 years at around 10 to 12 hours a week. Most of these studies only go for 6 months. I also gained the .8 inches in my first 6 months at 4 to 6 hours a day, 3 to 4 days a week. You don’t have to wear it as much as these study participants are wearing it.

Varies person to person, you don’t need to wear it as much, others will need to wear it more etc. There was substantial variation in gains between study participants, in all the studies.
